Ms. Gonzalez is an associate at Ferrer Shane.  Ms. Gonzalez currently practices in the areas of criminal and traffic ticket defense.  Ms. Gonzalez has extensive trial experience.  During Ms. Gonzalez's career, she has tried hundreds of cases including misdemeanor, traffic, juvenile, and felonies.

A former public defender, Ms. Gonzalez has handled just about every type of criminal case including DUI, Economic Crimes, Stalking, Battery, Felony Battery, Battery With A Deadly Weapon, Sexual Battery, Lewd and Lascivious, Child Molestation, Child Neglect, Child Rape, Assault, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Assault With A Firearm On A Law Enforcement Officer, Possession Of Cannabis, Sale Of Cannabis, Trafficking Of Cannabis, Possession Of Cocaine, Sale Of Cocaine, Trafficking Of Cocaine, and First, Second, and Third degree Murders. Ms. Gonzalez has also had the opportunity to litigate competency issues.

Ms. Gonzalez has had the privilege of being selected to lecture on behalf of the U.S. Government in Colombia and Panama and also in the United States on multiple occasions.
